Join Our Team as a Private Client Solicitor

Location: Oswestry, Hereford, LudlowHours: 36.25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

A Tier 2 Legal 500 firm is looking for a driven Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to provide top-tier legal services in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

As a key member of the team, you'll handle a broad range of private client matters, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional client care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Wills & Trusts: Drafting wills, advising on trusts, estate planning, and administering estates and trusts.
• Tax Planning: Offering expert advice on Inheritance Tax mitigation and asset protection strategies.
• Powers of Attorney: Guiding clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and elder law matters.
• Client Relationships: Nurturing relationships with clients, investment advisers, and accountants for comprehensive support.

• A qualified solicitor with experience in private client work.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and maintain meticulous records.
