We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee-earner to join our extremely well respected Law firm client based in Herefordshire. Dealing with Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts, LPA's, IHT and Elderly client work.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide good quality advice to clients.
- Advise on and manage an existing caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates, and Tax.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Private Client.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
- Contribute to future business development initiatives and carry out networking internally and externally.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee-earner.
- 1 Year to Mid-level PQE.
- STEP qualified or working towards it. Although, this is not essential.
- Demonstrable technical ability and drafting skills.
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to assist in nurturing and teaching more junior members of the team.
