This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most reputable firms in the region and take on a varied caseload whilst receiving support from a team of dedicated administrative support staff.My client have a very strong client based and close links to estate agents across the Shropshire and Herefordshire region, and so enjoy a steady and reliable stream of inbound matters.The successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of:
  • High value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Shared Ownership
  • Transfers
  • New Builds
  • Unregistered Land including First Registration
My client are looking for friendly and organised individuals to take on the above matters, whilst also supervising more junior staff.
