Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a growing team in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to manage a mixed conveyancing caseload while providing high-quality legal services to both private and commercial clients.Conveyancing SeniorLocation: HerefordSalary: £35,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions
  • Ensure all legal requirements and deadlines are met throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct legal research to support cases and advise clients
  • Gather necessary documentation to facilitate the smooth progression of transactions
  • Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, from start to finish
  • Attract and develop business opportunities by building strong client relationships
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, estate agents, and other professionals
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Previous experience managing a mixed conveyancing caseload, with demonstrable expertise in residential and commercial property transactions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and drafting legal documents
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple cases
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
  • A team player with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology (court-filing systems, transcription software, Dictaphone, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and conveyancing processes
  • Ability to manage complex cases and provide clear legal advice
