The Job Role

• A Senior General Manager to lead a busy high volume venue
• A Senior General Manager to manage large teams both Front and Back of house.
• A Senior General Manager that is able to exceed in future planning for the business
• ASenior General Manager that can lead from the front.
• ASenior General Manager to continually drive standards of food and drink service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high volume environment.
• ASenior General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• ASenior General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
