We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company with sites across the globe who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner for their Hereford site.

This is a full-time permanent role paying up to £50k, and will be servicing a headcount of c450 staff within a unionised environment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing ER support to a site of 450 staff, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
  • Support with sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviews
  • Working in partnership with Trade Unions as necessary
  • Coaching and supporting managers in best people practice
  • Leading on engagement with employees to develop business needs
  • Accurately maintaining the HRIS, preparing reports as required
  • Continually reviewing HR processes and making recommendations for improvements
  • Guiding, mentoring and coaching a HR Advisor
