Plasterer required to work with leading Housing Association maintenance division covering Hereford on a temp contract.

My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working plasterer to carry out 2nd fix plastering repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Hereford & surrounding region.

Work will include reactive & plannedplasterering repairs on tenanted & void empty properties.

Start date: As soon as candidates are available

Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm Mon - Fri 40 hours per week

Location: Hereford

Duration: 3-4 month temp contract

Pay rate: 20 per hour plus 0.45p per mile

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Plasterer (Timeserved experience can be accepted)

Experience of working as a plasterer in the building or maintenance trade

You must be used to carrying out reactive repairs and carpentry repairs in a social housing setting.

Experience of working for a Social Housing, housing association or council

Full driving License and own transport ideally Van or Estate Car.
