We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class Teacher to join Aspire People to work in Hereford to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 1. Responsibilities:* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 1 students during PPA sessions.* Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.* Collaborate with the Key Stage 1 teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons.* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.* Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.* A solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.* The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.* Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.* Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to staying abreast of educational developments.If you are interested in the role and want to discuss further, then please apply now and contact John Turner.
