Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a proven track record in high-value transactions? TSR Legal is working with a top-tier law firm in Hereford seeking a skilled professional to join their highly regarded residential property team in a senior role.
The Role
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and voluntary first registrations.
- Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.
- Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and other stakeholders to drive business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including private wealth specialists, to ensure a comprehensive client journey.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in residential property law, particularly in high-value transactions.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent client service skills with a polished, professional approach.
- Knowledge of the Hereford market and established relationships with local agents (preferred).
- A commitment to high standards of service and attention to detail.
