Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with one of the UK's largest independent strawberry growers, looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the expanding team. With innovative growing techniques, they ensure a year-round supply of soft fruits to major UK retailers.

About the Role:

As our Technical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring all produce dispatched meets customer and legal compliance standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing label and packaging changes.
  • Reviewing supplier due diligence to maintain up-to-date packaging requirements.
  • Assisting with internal KPI reporting on quality service levels and complaints.
  • Monitoring residue results against Government and customer standards.
  • Collaborating with the QA and Field Operations teams to ensure food safety.
  • Contributing to the improvement of Quality Management Systems and supporting process control audits.

The candidate

  • Detail-oriented with strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Familiarity with horticultural standards such as Global Gap and SEDEX is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
  • A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK occasionally.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
