The Role
As a residential conveyancer you'll manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Optional involvement in commercial property matters, if desired

The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a Conveyancer with:
- At least 3+ years PQE
- Strong client relationship management skills
- A proactive approach to marketing and business development
- Local experience in the Hereford area (preferred)
