An established and successful company that continues to trade well, is ambitious, and has a "people first" culture. They are continuing to open new high street stores and are looking for a Cafe Bakery Manager near Hereford.
They are coffee aficionados with trained baristas and serve an all day fresh range of bakery items alongside patisserie, pastries, breakfast pots and cakes.
CAFE BAKERY MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service?
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results?
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales?
CAFE BAKERY MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES
- Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
