Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Base salary up to 35,000 + commission structure

Our client is a market leader within their specific field of work and are internationally recognised supporting businesses all over the globe. This business development role will be focusing on their portfolio of workwear and specialist personal protective equipment which will have an element of project-based work due to the scale and timeline of orders. They are on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic team player, who can bring their business development experience to the table and build on it with their brand and product.

Ideal candidate background:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a hunger for success.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Well organised and able to track own workload throughout the day.
  • Experience of working with CRM sales tools, and processes (ERP system experience would be advantageous)
  • Cope with a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities.
  • Book sales appointments for our reps.
  • Produce quotations and presentations based on client requirements.
  • Follow up quotes to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management.
  • Customer interaction will include fanatical proactive follow-up, and all interactions documented on CRM.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively & as quickly as possible.
  • Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our customers and identify growth opportunity in every interaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.
  • Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day
