About the Assessment Team:The Assessment Team is at the forefront of identifying the needs of children and families at pivotal moments. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will:
- Conduct timely and thorough assessments of children in need, identifying risks and strengths.
- Collaborate with families and multi-agency professionals to create clear, actionable plans for support.
- Play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Work on diverse and challenging cases, ensuring every child receives the care and support they deserve.
What You Bring:To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
- Current registration with Social Care England.
- A solid understanding of safeguarding, assessment frameworks, and child protection legislation.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
