About the Role:
- As part of the Child Protection & Court Team, you will:
- Handle complex child protection cases, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with families, legal representatives, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
- Prepare detailed court reports and provide expert evidence in family court proceedings.
- Implement child protection plans, focusing on safeguarding and promoting positive change.
Requirements:
- To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
- Current registration with Social Care England.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection legislation, and court processes.
- Excellent assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
