We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Herefordshire and be part of our exciting improvement journey.

About the Role

As a MASH Social Worker, you will screen referrals, make recommendations, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. You will work with colleagues from Health, Education, and Police, and contribute to the Domestic Abuse Hub by screening police notifications and discussing incidents with partner agencies.

About You:
  • Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent)

  • 2+ years' experience in statutory social care

  • Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and caseload management
