The RoleAs a Lead Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our IT security operations, leading projects, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring the highest standards of security and performance across multiple environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering secure and efficient systems to our clients.
Key Responsibilities? Lead engineering projects, ensuring security best practices are implemented? Provide expert technical support across Windows environments, both server and client? Manage and optimize virtualized environments such as VMware and Hyper-V? Design, develop, and implement security solutions tailored to client needs? Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders? Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging threats to continuously improve security strategies
What We’re Looking For?? Proven experience in a Lead Engineer or senior technical role?? Excellent knowledge of Windows environments, both server and client?? Strong expertise in virtualized environments such as VMware and Hyper-V?? A passion for IT security and a problem-solving mindset?? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team?? Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
