This company are relatively new into the UK but are very well established across the EU. They are diversifying their team here and are looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis to the team.
In this role you will provide 2nd Line Support across the UK and Ireland. You'll also provide VIP support to the CEO and CISO who are both based in the UK. You'll join a wider team of Support Engineers but you'll be the very first to be based in the UK, instead of Europe. You'll work 9-5, Monday and Friday, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
The ideal candidate will be a confident 2nd Line Support Engineer with good stakeholder management experience within a commutable radius of Hereford. Candidates must have Windows 10 & 11 support experience, Microsoft Server (Apply online only) experience, some SQL Server experience, and good Azure support experience.
