Currently looking for a plumber to work on a commercial/ residential porject in Hereford!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in a commercial environment.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
  • Ensuring all plumbing systems comply with local codes and regulations.
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting plumbing issues.
  • Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and effective project completion.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and best practices at all times.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to site managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Plumber (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing (new builds, refurbishments, etc.).
  • Familiarity with working on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and plumbing codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).
