Van Driver

NAS Recruitment have a current vacancy for a multidrop delivery driver for our client based in Hermiston, Edinburgh. This is an ongoing requirement covering holidays, sickness and increased volume. Our client are a producer and distributor of speciality food products, supplying various businesses throughout Scotland, and are looking for a reliable driver to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured safely
• Completing deliveries to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients at delivery points

Suitable candidates should have:

• A valid UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months
• A maximum of 6 penalty points (for insurance purposes)
• A flexible attitude to work

The company operate Monday to Friday, typically starting around 07:00 each day. Rates of pay for this position start from 13.00 per hour.
