Our client based in Hermitage, Berkshire is looking for experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join their team. This role is an immediate start.
Due to the requirements of the role, you will only be considered if you have a full UK driving licence, valid CSCS Card and 3+ years soft landscaping crew leader experience.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am – 16:30pm
Pay:
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team in Day to day tasks
- Managing the signing off of daily tasks and returning paperwork to line manager
- Pruning, Mowing, Strimming & Spraying of regularly maintained sites
- Planting of shrubs and trees and topping up mulch to plant beds
- Reading from site plans
- Ensuring that projects are completed to the quality required.
- Day to day organisation of individual projects.
- Take responsibility for other members within the team
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in landscaping, ground maintenance or labouring environment
- 3+ years soft landscaping crew leader experience
- Full UK Driving Licence is (ESSENTIAL)
- Valid CSCS Card (ESSENTIAL)
