The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to lead our client's care home facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and supervision to care staff, ensuring high standards of care.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans, including medication administration and dementia care.

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to meet residents' medical and emotional needs.

  • Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

  • Manage budgets, financial records, and billing processes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care.

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates with diverse backgrounds in care management, including:

  • Experienced Care Managers

  • Deputy Care Managers

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a care home or assisted living setting.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Knowledge of dementia care best practices and medication administration protocols.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.

  • A nursing or care management background or relevant healthcare qualifications (Level 3 in Health & Social Care required; Level 5 preferred).

  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
