  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home(s).
  • Providing leadership and support to the care team.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards in line with Ofsted.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within a childrens residential setting
  • Must have NVQ Level 5 in children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
