Elevate your career as a Legal Secretary!Are you passionate about providing top-tier legal support to your colleagues in a supportive and thriving environment?This is an excellent role for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading local law firm in supporting their successful Private Client team based in Herne Bay. The company pride themselves on a low staff turnover, so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team!  You’d be working in a close-knit team, in a really lovely office environment. The Secretaries all work closely together – whilst you’ll often work 1-2-1 with your Fee Earner, you’ll also be able to help one another out.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and admin support to fee earners
  • Arrange appointments and manage diaries
  • Handling client enquiries
  • Document preparation
  • Audio dictation
  • Opening and closing of files, Case system management and archiving
Requirements:
  • Legal Secretary experience ideally within Private Client, however other areas of law will be considered
  • Proficient in audio dictation and document preparation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an active team environment
