All About Care has two residential care homes for people with Mental Health difficulties in Herne Bay, Kent. The Hailey and Wimbledon House, each accommodating Young Adults (18-65) and Older Adults (over 65) at both locations.

The Role

We are currently seeking full and part time Care Support staff to work in our homes to support our residents with a variety of needs.

Responsibilities:

  • to work as part of our Care/Support team in delivering high quality care and support to our residents
  • to carryout regular checks on residents, assisting with personal care, dressing & undressing
  • to assist in providing refreshments, meals & snacks as required
  • have some understanding of mental health conditions and support requirements
  • support residents with physical health conditions and during illness
  • ability to assisting residents with a variety of needs, including moving & handling
  • managing
  • administer medication following training on our eMAR system
