Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements across a wide range of clients
- Provide strategic direction and contribute to business development initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant post-qualification experience in audit at a senior level
- Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
