Role: Accounts Assistant
Location: Hertford
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 16:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Accounts Assistant to join our clients successful team, offering hybrid working after probation.
Duties of a Accounts Assistant:
- Sales Invoicing, including monthly applications and reconciliation of client PO’s
- Recording Purchase Invoices received and distribution to heads of departments for authorisation
- Posting of transactions from the company bank accounts
- Weekly and Monthly supplier payment runs
- Preparation and Participation in quarterly stock counts
- Assisting in daily finance tasks & any ad hoc duties
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience within Accounts or similar role
- AAT Qualification or degree equivalent
- Attention to detail
- SAGE experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong excel knowledge
- Ambitious and driven individual to develop skills
