Are you a part-qualified accountant looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team? Would you like the flexibility of a highly attractive hybrid working pattern? Our client, a well-established property management company, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Financial Accountant to join their growing team at an exciting time of change, on a six-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to support month-end close.
  • Process accruals and prepayments in line with financial reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with other teams to support the delivery of accurate financial information.

What we're looking for:

  • You’ll be part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and actively studying.
  • Proactive and able to use your own initiative to drive improvements and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role, particularly with fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
