- Managing credit control, including following up on outstanding payments and maintaining regular contact with clients
- Processing purchase ledger transactions such as invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Handling sales ledger duties including invoice creation, credit notes, and customer receipts
- Reconciling and processing company credit card expenses
- Responding to internal and external finance-related queries
- Overseeing the finance team’s shared inbox and ensuring timely responses
- Collaborating with operations and other internal departments
- Supporting with general finance administration and ad hoc tasks as needed
- Someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels
- A basic understanding of financial processes within a small business environment
- A genuine interest in building a finance career and studying towards a recognised qualification (such as AAT)
- Full-time, permanent role
- Starting salary: £18,000 – £22,000 (dependent on experience)
