Our client, an established Chartered Accountants, is looking for a Part Qualified ACCA / ICAEW to join their team as a Trainee Audit Assistant.
The role involves significant exposure to audit work during the first part of the calendar year, along with accounts preparation, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and tax computations.
The salary for this position is expected to range between £30k and £35k on a full-time basis.
Candidates should ideally have some experience in accounting or auditing, although specific years of experience are not mentioned.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9-5, with additional benefits including 20 days holiday, private medical insurance after probation, and paid staff parking in Hertford.

Trainee Audit Assistant

Our client (an established Chartered Accountants), is seeking to take on a Part Qualified ACCA / ICAEW as a Trainee Audit Assistant (based in the office working with a friendly / established team).

You would be working as part of the audit and accounts team with significant exposure to audit for the 1st part of the calendar year.

Other duties would include accounts preparation, book keeping, preparation of VAT returns, tax computations etc.

The salary is expected to be between £30k - £35k (full time).

The hours are 9-5 Monday to friday, you'd get 1 hour for lunch, 20 days holiday (+ bank holidays), they also offer Private medical insurance after the probation period is passed, they also pay for all staff parking in Hertford.
