We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a growing business with a welcoming family-feel environment, based in Hertford!

Working amongst a team of 3 and closely with all departments, you will be liaising with UK and international customers and suppliers, managing relationships with clients, processing orders and monitoring stock.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting with customer requests via phone and email
  • Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and delivered within promised dates, escalating any delays
  • Stock purchasing and control
  • Liaising with company stakeholders in the UK and internationally
  • Preparing relevant certificates, documentation and invoices for shipments as required
  • Monitoring shipments, keeping customers up to date and liaising with freight forwarders
  • Maintaining accuracy of company database

What the employer is looking for:

  • 2+ years’ operations experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
  • Self-motivated and determined with a strong sense of personal initiative
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking
