Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Operations Coordinator - Main duties:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process and track orders, escalating delays as needed
- Manage stock purchasing and control
- Communicate with UK and international stakeholders
- Prepare shipment documentation and invoices
- Monitor shipments and update customers
- Maintain accurate company records
Operations Coordinator - What we need from you:
- Export or international trade knowledge is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management
- Team player with initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
