Location: Hertford

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Sales Administrator - Main duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Work across departments to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Process customer requests efficiently, providing quotes and solutions
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email to drive conversions
  • Keep customers updated on outstanding requests and liaise with manufacturers for priority resolution
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone and email
  • Support business growth and efficiency by building relationships across departments
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed

Sales Administrator - What we need from you:

  • Previous experience within a distribution/manufacturing industry
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and adaptable with a hands-on approach
