A leading financial services company based in Hertford is seeking a Senior Administrator to join and support their existing administrative team of two. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial administrator to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a team of 2.
  • Oversee the administration inbox, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including:
    • Answering phones and managing correspondence.
    • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
    • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
    • Preparing reports and documents.
  • Assist with financial processes, including ISAs, pensions, and related tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by efficiently handling day-to-day responsibilities.
