Senior Enterprise Sales Executive
My client are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in Retail IT or a related industry. This role is at the heart of the company’s expansion, providing both Enterprise and SaaS solutions to mid to large-tier retailers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in conveying the value of our Unified Commerce Platform to prospective and existing clients.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions, tailoring demonstrations to meet client requirements both onsite and via remote sessions.
- Generate product demonstration scripts and scenarios while maintaining demonstration environments.
- Deliver presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to prospective and current clients.
- Support the creation of responses to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
- Stay up to date on product developments to maintain a high level of demo and product knowledge.
- Liaise with product development teams to gain in-depth knowledge and provide feedback on user behaviour and potential client-desired changes.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets through research and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Leadership and communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Experience in managing and configuring packaged solutions.
- A strong interest in and understanding of the retail and/or retail software industry.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organisational aptitude.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Technical experience in Operating Systems, Databases and eCommerce solutions is beneficial but not essential.
