My client are seeking a SaaS Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our solutions among non-enterprise customers in the UK. This role is perfect for a confident, results-driven sales professional with a solid understanding of SaaS sales and a passion for solving client challenges.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in the retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to drive deal closures.
  • Present the solution in a clear and compelling way, focusing on business value and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product offerings and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide input into product development and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Accurately manage and update sales pipeline data in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and articulate solutions in business terms.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience selling to mid-market businesses is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
