Cooper Lomaz is recruiting on behalf of a global software leader for an experienced and results-driven SaaS Sales Manager. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a cutting-edge organisation specialising in retail SaaS solutions.

Role Overview:As a SaaS Sales Manager, you will drive the adoption of innovative SaaS solutions among non-enterprise clients in the UK retail and hospitality sectors. This role requires a confident sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strong focus on delivering business outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in retail and hospitality sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to close deals
  • Present SaaS solutions in a clear and compelling manner, focusing on business value and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product offerings and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to influence product development
  • Accurately manage and update sales pipeline data in the CRM system
