New Homes Sales Consultant - Hertford

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (£50,000 OTE) & Car Allowance

Hours- 5-day week - Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm, 1 Saturday off a month

Our client currently has a vacancy for dynamic and pro-active New Homes Sales Consultant.

Reporting to the New Homes Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales on our client’s development with the core responsibility being, to identify and maximise all new homes sales opportunities and work collaboratively to ensure all budgeted sales figures are met. New Homes understanding, awareness and experience is preferred, but if you are an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a new challenge you will be highly considered. Familiarity of the local market, business to business experience/exposure and a strong customer focussed approach would be beneficial. This is a wonderful opportunity for either a New Homes Consultant or Experienced Sales Negotiator to develop their career within the New Homes market.

The role will require you to;

  • Drive sales and meet the sales targets
  • Work on-site selling off plan property
  • To report to the New Homes Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

The candidate requirements are as follows;

  • Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal
  • Well-presented
  • Excellent time management

In addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and selling, planning and organisation with capacity to manage volume tasks, IT literacy, great communications skills and the ability to think `outside of the box` to deliver results.
