WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

LEARNING CREATION AND DELIVERY

Collaborate with the Head of People Development to craft a dynamic, brand-new learning experience across our “Developing High Performing Teams” menu

Create engaging content that excites and empowers our diverse audience

Author virtual and face-to-face sessions featuring top thought leaders, ensuring real credibility

Champion fun and impactful delivery, mastering techniques to minimise the Forgetting Curve.Tailor learning to diverse styles and neuro-preferences, incorporating unique elements like fiddle kits, music, and coaching to ensure every team member shines.

CONTENT CREATION AND LEARNING SYNERGY

Partner with the Digital Learning Specialist to ensure consistent, impactful content across our blended syllabus

Be the go-to expert for behavioural and leadership content, championing the “Developing High Performing Teams” Menu as the heart of our L&D offering

COACHING AND MENTORING

Support colleagues on their learning journeys by offering guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to drive their professional growth

Help them apply new skills in their everyday roles, ensuring lasting impact and success

LINE MANAGER CONTENT

Lead the charge for our line managers, equipping them with the tools to be effective leaders and trusted thought partners.Build and maintain a dynamic library of resources that enhance team days and promote best practices across the board.

LAUNCHING OUR “BETTER” AND “BEST” LEARNING EXPERIENCES

Champion our virtual and in-person learning experiences, collaborating with the Digital Learning Specialist and Brand Team to drive a successful launch

Engage with teams across the business to ensure they’re aware of available opportunities and motivated to prioritise their personal and professional growth
