Are you project focused, strategic and an architect (or co-architect) of blended Learning solutions for a whole business? Would you like to be???

We're honoured to be exclusively partnering with this impressive and established business in the local area in what is a new role to the HR function and L&D offering. Already a team with an impressive list of achievements and product range offerings to the business where blended learning is concerned, this role reflects the organisation's desire to continually push the agenda - always seeking to do things better and more effectively for their employees.

Situated in an industry sector not always known for its forward thinking, this business bucks trends and is hence an exciting place for an ambitious L&D operator to continue their career. More about the strategy and design of learning solutions than the delivery; the successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work with an impressively experienced (and lovely) mentor who thrives off innovative ideas, new tech and multi-channel offerings where learning and development is concerned - not an opportunity to be missed if you're an aspiring L&D specialist, or passionate about the function and seeking to move into specialism.

Key duties include:

  • Conceive, design and deliver new and innovative packages of learning content, utilised by employees across the entire scope of seniority.
  • Analyse learning requirements and methodological improvements through stakeholder relationships and partnerships, researching the reality of what the employee really wants/needs to make intiatives effective.
  • Explore and utilise data extensively to influence and evidence success of new ideas, or explore where improvements of learning offerings can be made.
  • Prepare and develop a large range of resources which support learning and can be accessed by the learner outside of the classroom.
  • Partner successfully with the Business Partnering team to ensure successful delivery of new initiatives and innovations throughout the business.

In a nutshell, this is a leader....the curator of the plans and ideas rather than the delivery expert, although project and delivery focused you must be to ensure the success of new offerings as they're released. It is absolutely a role that someone could step up to, although your passion for L&D must be legitimately evidenced and you should be able to demonstrate previous project leadership experience.

Maybe you've been part of a delivery team, but are a real ideas person who thrives off the design of new learning initiatives - wanting to make that your sole 'thing'. Maybe you love data, learning systems and shiny tech that makes employee learning experiences better, more fulfilling, more valuable and engaging.

Whoever you are, we're keen to hear from you - our client is extremely open minded as to relevant backgrounds for this exceptional new opportunity, where hybrid working and flexibility is on offer following a successful onboarding period.

PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to consider applications from candidates with no UK experience/those who require sponsorship, or those who would feasibly have to relocate geographically to be considered.

Due to the anticipated high volume of applications we may receive for this advertisement, it is with regret that we may only be able to contact those applicants successful in being shortlisted. However, your application for this or any further roles, may mean that we are able to contact you when additional vacancies become available. Should you not want this to be the case, please feel free to contact us directly to ensure we are aware of your wishes.
