This L&D Business partner role reports into the Talent and Engagement Manager and is responsible for the Companys employee Development Plan which means the design and delivery of identified training initiatives and selecting the methodology for these interventions. In essence driving and delivering the whole learning agenda for the organisation, including and Supporting Graduate /Apprenticeship Development. A really exciting role!
Candidates Graduates/ calibre preferably qualified in insights Personality Testing will have a proven track record of creating and delivering learning initiatives preferably gained in a large Customer Service orientated best practice environments where employee development is key to the people agenda.
