Our client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller with strong Asite experience to join our dynamic team in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry and a proven track record of managing and controlling documents efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation using the Asite platform as well as implementing and maintaining document control processes and procedures. As a document controller you will be expected to review and ensure accuracy of documentation submitted by project teams and contractors. Other responsibilities will include facilitating efficient document retrieval and storage, supporting project teams in document management and control, monitoring and reporting on document status, compliance, and quality and providing training and support to project teams on document control processes and Asite usage.
