KS2 Teaching Assistant - Hertford

Role OverviewAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting classroom learning and providing pastoral care. You'll work closely with teachers to assist pupils in achieving their full potential, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Leading small group intervention sessions
- Offering pastoral support and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have experience working in schools and a desire to make a positive impact on children's education. You should be organised, patient, and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexibility and a genuine passion for supporting children's development are essential.

Working HoursThis position is from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
