Role OverviewAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting classroom learning and providing pastoral care. You'll work closely with teachers to assist pupils in achieving their full potential, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting classroom activities and lesson delivery
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Leading small group intervention sessions
  • Offering pastoral support and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
