My client in Hertford are looking to appoint a talented HR/OD Advisor on a Contract basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide day to day advice, support and guidance to managers and staff all across the organisation.

About the role:

Based in Hertford (Hybrid):

  • To monitor and review Council HR policies and practice
  • Manage casework from within your allocated service
  • Lead on and/or participate in a range of people related projects as directed
  • To work with the HR and Payroll Service (inc H&S), supporting colleagues and delivering the service

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing HR Caseworks
  • Experience of monitoring & reviewing HR Polices
  • Local Authority experience is essential
