The Role

As Senior Scenic Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of creative experiential set builds and bespoke exhibition stands. Responsibilities will include:

-          Leading project schedules and execution from brief to install

-          Taking briefs and guiding clients on fabrication solutions

-          Quoting projects and managing costings throughout 

-          Collaborating with internal departments including creative and workshop

-          Organising logistics relating to scenic projects - crew, transportation, etc.

-          Working with technical drawings

-          Briefing and managing external suppliers where required

-          Leading health & safety requirements

-          Overseeing fabrication processes and onsite install

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with proven project management experience across scenic or exhibition build projects from within an event environment. Candidates from a theatrical background may also be considered but candidates must have a knowledge of large scale and complex fabrications. Experience with AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks would be very beneficial.
