Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business development
- Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
