  • Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  • Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing constructive feedback.
  • Managing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Assisting in business development and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring audits are completed within budget and deadlines.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
  • Strong experience leading audit assignments.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior staff.
