Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Managing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Assisting in business development and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Ensuring audits are completed within budget and deadlines.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
- Strong experience leading audit assignments.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff.
