Description
- Management and development of the finance business partner allocated to the business unit.
- Developing effective working relationships throughout the Business Unit, at all levels and across all areas, to support business objectives
- Supporting business leads in the preparation of content for quarterly forecasts and annual business plans
- Providing reports, presentations and insightful ad-hoc analysis (e.g. trend analysis) to the business, including monthly board packs with periodic attendance and input
- Site visits at live projects to build relationships, improve understanding of works and identify any potential issues
- Management of overhead costs including playing a key role in ensuring the integrity of overhead budgets and forecasts and identifying areas of savings / efficiencies
- External audit contact for commercial finance matters and Client cost audit support
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:
- A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the finance sector.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
Job Offer
