As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the business. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure the organization’s financial health, compliance, and support strategic decision-making as the business continues to grow.

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead financial audits, ensure tax compliance, and maintain relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to the leadership team to guide strategic decisions.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Manage payroll, pensions, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or similar).
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency with financial software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
