As an IFA Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new and existing business with precision and efficiency
  • Handling client reviews, fund switches, plan withdrawals, and other administrative tasks
  • Preparing compliance and provider documentation.
  • Obtaining fund values and responding to client queries promptly.
  • Ensuring all work is FCA compliant and professionally managed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience.
